We can use just about any material, but it is always advisable to contact us before order to discus your requirements, please remember some material is not suitable for embroidery such as loosely knitted wool.

Sorry no, due to the material been supplied by you they are not toys but keepsakes.   A lot of our bears have small parts (buttons etc) which could be a choking hazard to young children.

They cannot individually be CE checked and are sold as ornamental items only.

By ordering from us you are agreeing that you understand, we take no responsibility for your bear should you allow a child to play with it, should either the bear gets damaged or the child be injured.

We cannot accept returns as our bears are truly bespoke items.  

All bears turn out differently size and shape wise depending on the material you send.

The final item may differ from any displayed on this page.

Unfortunately due to the extreme costings of sending parcels abroad we have sadly decided that we cannot send bears outside the United Kingdom.

If you wish to arrange your own courier service then please contact us prior to ordering to discuss this

Our bears can take up to 6 weeks to make this is due mainly to sheer volume of orders we receive

We at Memory Bear 4U pride ourselves on been a not for profit organisation.  Every penny profit we make is given away to charities and various organisations/clubs.

We are not a business but a couple who are trying to make the best out of a bad situation, hopefully helping people along the way.
